over three decades of retail real estate experience
Holland Retail Advisors was launched in 2013 after I spent nearly a decade working for regional developers in south Florida (2003 – 2012). Prior to that I spent many years in the retail real estate brokerage business (1986 – 2003) representing national and regional chains and a number of local retailers in their expansion efforts around the southeastern US.
With over 3 decades of combined experience working for developers and representing retailers, it was time to pursue new relationships and projects. All of the projects depicted on this website are since forming HRA in 2013. This exciting journey has been the most challenging and rewarding times of my career.
