Services

tenant representation

With a long history of representing retailers HRA is uniquely qualified to assist retailers in expansion or contraction. Services include market studies, competition surveys, comparable analyses, site selection, letter of intent negotiations, lease renewals and property dispositions of surplus.

landlord representation

A well-planned, aggressive leasing strategy is the backbone of value creation in retail real estate. By working closely with you or your management team, HRA will design a market and property specific leasing plan and implement the plan. For shopping centers, HRA will clearly communicate to the marketplace the vision for the asset as to its position in the local submarket – whether entertainment, destination, value, lifestyle, service or mixed-use.

development services

HRA's fee development services are for both retail property owners and retailers. Services apply to new development or repositioning and include coordination of design, entitlement work, site plan approval, civil and geotechnical engineering and construction oversight. Fees are generally based on complexity of the project and total development cost and can be fixed or a percentage of cost.

Yes.  Since forming HRA I have partnered on a West Marine anchored re-development, a Ross anchored redevelopment and a ground up Wawa development.  I am still an active owner/partner in the Ross anchored center.
